About me

Hi, I'm COACH MIKE.

I am an NASM-certified personal trainer and boxing fitness coach with over 10 years of experience turning competitive boxing into an accessible, results-driven training system. I specialize in helping busy women and postpartum moms break through weight loss plateaus, shed stubborn fat, and build lean muscle. My coaching style strips away the intimidation of traditional combat gyms. Instead, I deliver a direct, high-impact approach tailored to your actual schedule.

I got into coaching because I saw how many people were trapped in an exhausting cycle of starting over every single Monday. I believe training should not complicate your lifestyle, but strengthen it. Through BoxFit, my goal is to give you a permanent body blueprint and private, one-on-one accountability. I want to help you lose 10 to 30 lbs, rebuild your daily energy, and regain absolute physical confidence from the inside out.
